Eat Like a Dinosaur

Posted on: September 3, 2012

Katyana, age 13 1/2 years old; Sydney, age 12 years.

My girls. They love the book, “Eat Like a Dinosaur” by the Paleo Parents. They love to shop for the recipe ingredients. They love to cook the recipes. They are now sporting the gear. I am still so thankful for this book that has helped our family transform our health and has given a reason for my children to get excited about eating grain-free.
